Jeremiah's Snowy Birthday Party

Our youngest son Jeremiah just turned three years old. We had a weekend party with both my dad and brother and Kayla's family coming up from Spokane (my mom was on a trip to another sibling's house in Arizona). As we were winding down that evening, my brother spotted the first snow of the year coming down outside. It blew for about an hour and we were left with an inch of frosting on the ground which has persisted through this very cold week. I'm looking forward to a great winter with hopefully more skiing and sledding in this year's forecast than last year, which turned out to be quite mild. My jogging goals have been sidelined by the temperature, however, so I'll need to either convert to a treadmill or start braving the arctic outdoors!
