Religious Census of Samara - 1925

An interesting snippet, evidently from an old gazette, lists a simple religious census of Samara Province on October 1, 1925. Click here to open, or read the translation:
"1 October 1925. The following sects are active in Samara Province:
Baptists - 35 congregations, 2,500 people
Molokans - 23 congregations, 4,800 people
Seventh Day Adventists - 20 people (in Samara only)
Evangelistic Christians - 3 congregations (1 in Samara, 2 in the districts)
New Israelites and Mormons (in other words, Khlysts) - 500 people
Tolstovites/Quakers - 150 people."
