I have been interested in the methods used by Toyota   for the last few years.  In general, they eschew cost accounting for &quot;throughput accounting&quot;, so, a 1% loss so you can spend time elsewhere sounds like a resonable trade off when accounting for the performance of the total &quot;James Scott&quot; system.

Or even for the CWC system.  If you are making money, you don't much care about pig Latin or exchange rates.  If you are not...</description>
